3G is great anywhere, but the lock itself into two (contract more) years to gain access to it is decidedly less so. Enter TelaViva, a prepaid cellular company that is implementing the so-called broadband Bullet. It is a simple USB modem you can pop-in port with the device and get online in typical 3G speeds, the interesting thing here is that your $ 50 a month for 5GB ($ 60 for unlimited) is without a contract . You can pay for a month, take a month off, then pay for the next two, switch between 5 GB and unlimited, and generally do whatever I want without being beaten with an ETF. What is going to be beaten with a $ 100 security deposit front, or you can pay $ 200 if for some strange reason you want to keep the thing. TelaViva promises "national coverage everywhere, and although we are not sure that the network is relying on the coverage map is reasonably broad, to fetch, frequent travelers.
Update: As some of you pointed out in comments, this seems to be T-Mo network is relying on.
